Book Release: Layers Of Lace (D&D #2), by Christine Rains

OMG! How did I miss that Christine Rains released the second book in her erotic contemporary-romance series Dice & Debauchery: Layers of Lace, on Friday?!

*so sorry Christine!*

I read this book last year, when I beta'ed for Christine, and it's amazing. SO HOT!

Emily is such a fantastic character. I loved her voice, and confidence and strength. Fiction – especially geeky fiction – needs more women like Emily.

And hot damn, the sex was smoking. I love how Emily and Russell are. The perfect match.
Brilliant second story. It contrasts with the first perfectly to make a great duo.

Cannot wait for the third book, Masked Kiss, on June 26!

About Layers of Lace

Amateur cosplayer Emily Solis is determined to win the costume contest and the heart of her biggest competition.

It isn't the first time Emily has shed her costume with the gorgeous Russell Morrison. Not even her best friend knows she's been having wild convention sex with him for over a year. It was supposed to remain physical, but Emily couldn't help falling for him and his kinky ways. In a moment of passion, she rolls the dice and tells Russell she loves him. He doesn't say it back. Can she convince him they're perfect together or will she roll another critical failure?
